Below are the steps needed to find battery levels and set up battery notifications using the Oticon Companion App.
To find battery levels:
Open the Companion app on your device.
Once open, tap the hearing aids icon at the bottom of the screen:
The current battery levels are shown as percentages and time remaining (in hours).
To set up battery notifications:
Scroll down in the battery level screen and tap hearing aid settings.
Tap battery notification settings.
You can now choose when you want battery notifications on your phone to occur.
Choices include:
50% battery left
30% battery left
20% battery left
Low battery (less than 2 hours of regular use left)
Once finished, Tap < Back (at the top left corner) to leave battery notification settings.
Tap < Back (at the top left corner) to close hearing aid settings screen.
