How to use volume control and change programs on ITE (In the Ear) hearing aids

Volume Control Instructions

1. Press the volume button on the face plate of your hearing aid to either raise or lower the volume

2. Pressing the right button on your hearing aid raises the volume

3. Pressing the left button on your hearing aid lowers the volume

Program Control Instructions

1. These programs are added by your hearing care professional in some cases

2. Press and hold the program button for 2 seconds on the face plate of your hearing aid to change programs (the same button for the volume)

3. Press and hold the program button again for 2 seconds to go the next program or back to your default program

*Opening and closing the battery door resets the hearing aids to their default settings*
