How to Stop Streaming of iPhones to Oticon Hearing Aids
Is there a way that I can STOP the streaming of calls and audio from my iPhone to my hearing aids but still have access and use of the Companion App?
Yes! This is made possible with the following steps:
Open Settings on your iPhone and select > Accessibility> Hearing Devices
On the top of your screen, you will see your name with your Hearing Devices showing connected. Select your Oticon Hearing Devices.
You will now see options to Stream to right hearing device, and Stream to left hearing device. Simply turn off the streaming to the right and left hearing devices by clicking the green icon next to each option so that it turns grey. You have now successfully removed the streaming from your iPhone while still being able to use your Companion App.
