How to Stop Streaming of Android Phones to Oticon Hearing Aids

Is there a way that I can STOP the streaming of calls and audio from my Android phone to my hearing aids but still have access and use of the Companion App?

 

Yes! This is made possible with the following steps:

 

1. Open settings on your Android device and select > Connections/Connected Devices > Bluetooth

2. Find your Oticon hearing aids in the paired devices list

 

3. Tap the gear wheel/icon next to your hearing aids

4. You have 2 options:

Choose Disconnect: (Keeps pairing but stops current streaming)

OR

Choose Unpair/ Forget: To completely remove them until you pair again.
