Unpair Oticon hearing aids from iPhone

The following guide applies to any “Made for iPhone” hearing aids that are paired directly with an iPhone or iPad. Applicable hearing aid models include Oticon Opn, Opn S, Play, More, Real, Siya, Ruby, Zircon, Own, and Xceed.

1. Take your iPhone and go under Settings

2. Click on Accessibility (General first if older iPhone)

3. Scroll down and click Hearing Devices

4. Your hearing aids will be shown, usually in the format <your name> <make and model of hearing aids>

5. Click on your Oticon hearing aids that are shown on the list

6. Press Forget This Device

7. Your hearing aids are now disconnected
