Make sure your Phone Adapter is connected to your phone and it is on. You can refer to the Phone Adapter Manual for installation instructions
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds on your SoundGate 2 and then release
The power button will start blinking blue, this means it is in pairing mode
Pairing is completed when the power indicator and the Phone indicator is solid blue
Once a Phone Adapter has been paired with your SoundGate 2 it will be ready to accept phone calls by pressing the Phone key
To hear phone conversation through the hearing aids simply press the Phone key on your SoundGate 2. To stop conversation from the Phone simply press the Phone key once again
