Note: The curled wire serves multiple functions, including acting as the Bluetooth antenna. Please do not cut, shorten or modify the wire as this will affect the hearing aids, wireless connectivity and performance, requiring replacement.
Pairing Steps:
Turn on Bluetooth: Open Settings > tap Bluetooth > make sure it is On.
Open Accessibility: Tap the back button to return to the main Settings page > scroll down > tap Accessibility.
Go to Hearing Devices: Tap Hearing Devices.
Put hearing aids in pairing mode: Place both hearing aids in the charger for about 10 seconds, then remove them.
Select your hearing aids on iPhone: When they appear on the screen (e.g., “Oticon Zeal L+R”), tap the device name.
Confirm pairing requests: Tap Pair on the pop‑up. If you have two hearing aids, tap Pair on both requests.
Check they’re connected: At the top of the page, you should now see: stream to R (right) and stream to L (left).
