Many Signia hearing aids can be paired with an Apple iPhone or iPad, allowing you to stream audio from the device (such as phonecalls) directly to your hearing aids, and to use the Signia app. To do this, please follow these instructions:
Take your iPhone or iPad and go under Settings.
Ensure that Bluetooth is ON.
Select Accessibility. For older Apple devices, you may need to select General, then Accessibility.
Scroll down and select Hearing Devices (or MFI Hearing Devices on older iPhones/iPads).
Your device will search for your hearing aids automatically. You need to restart your hearing aids to put them into pairing mode, i.e. to make them visible to your device:
If your hearing aids use batteries: Open and close the battery doors for both of your aids while your device is searching for them.
If your hearing aids are rechargeable: To restart rechargeable Signia hearing aids, you can either put them into their charger and take them back out again, or you can hold down the button on each hearing aid to turn them off (hold it while it’s in your ear until you hear a tune, several seconds), then do this again to turn them on (you will hear another tune after several seconds). If there are two buttons on each hearing aid, you can hold down either one of them.
Your hearing aids will appear as an available device once they are found. Select the name of your hearing aids.
Select Pair when you are prompted to do so by your device. You may need to do this twice (once for each hearing aid).
Phone calls will now automatically stream from your device to your hearing aids while Bluetooth is on.
For faster access, you may access the accessibility shortcut by quickly pressing the home button 3 times while on the home screen. (If your phone doesn’t have the home button, use the side button.)

Please note, in this video, the Accessibility settings menu is located inside the General settings menu; in most new iPhones, the Accessibility menu is simply found in the main Settings menu, without having to go into General.
*You can adjust the volume of your hearing aids through the Hearing Aids menu on your phone, or in the Signia app.*
