Place the uStream into pairing mode by: Holding the volume UP button and move the unlock slide on the top to the ON position, until you see the light indicator flash blue.
Place the uTV3 into pairing mode by: Turning on the device with a press on the top center power button- light will turn green, press the ( P ) pairing button on the back of the box- light will flash blue.
The two devices have successfully paired when you see a solid blue indicator light on both.
